Process

From RFQ to your programme.
One partner, one invoice.

T4O manages the complete supply chain — from identifying the right cell to delivery in Europe, with all compliance handled.

1

Send us your RFQ

Share your cell specifications: chemistry, form factor, target energy density, capacity, discharge rate, operating temperature range, and required certifications. A datasheet or existing cell reference is a great starting point.

First response within 24 hours on working days.

2

Manufacturer identification, technical evaluation & DG compliance screening

We identify suitable manufacturers, evaluate their technical capability and production quality, and screen every cell for dangerous-goods and export-control compliance before quoting. For lithium cells: UN38.3 test summary, MSDS/SDS, correct UN classification (UN3480/UN3481), and DG-certified packaging.

Since 2025, China's MOFCOM (Announcement No. 58/2025) has brought high-performance lithium-ion cells and electrode materials under its dual-use export-control framework. The regime is currently suspended until November 2026, but classification and declaration duties are active. We screen, classify, and document every shipment.

One transparent EUR quotation — cell price, service fee, and FX handling itemised, with compliance status confirmed up front.

3

Order & payment — in euros, to Hong Kong

You receive one T4O invoice in EUR, payable to our HSBC Hong Kong account. No RMB conversions, no wire transfers to manufacturers you can't verify. We pay the manufacturer and carry the supplier relationship.

4

Quality assurance & inspection in Shenzhen

Cells are consolidated and inspected at our warehouse in Pingshan District, Shenzhen, before anything ships: quantities, specifications, labelling, DG packaging, and documentation. Photo reports shared with you. Non-conforming goods go back to the manufacturer.

5

Export, DG logistics & delivery to Europe

We arrange export clearance, dangerous-goods logistics, and shipping under the Incoterms in your quotation, and supply the complete document set: commercial invoice, packing list, UN38.3 summary, MSDS, and certifications required for your EU market.

Air and sea freight options for DG lithium cargo.

Development acceleration

Cell testing & certification — arranged in Shenzhen

Developing a new battery system? T4O arranges cell and pack testing at specialist laboratories in Shenzhen: thermal and environmental chambers, electrodynamic vibration testing, cycle-life testing, and the full UN38.3 transport test sequence.

Because testing happens next door to the manufacturers, a failed test means an engineering change and a retest within days — not months. Development cycles that take a quarter elsewhere close in weeks here.

Result: your battery system reaches the European market faster, fully certified, with all test documentation included.

Why source through T4O instead of directly?

Sourcing direct means wiring money to a manufacturer you can't easily verify, with no independent QC before shipment, and the full compliance burden on you. T4O replaces that with a verifiable Hong Kong counterparty (CR 1310929), a EUR invoice, physical QC in Shenzhen, and DG compliance handled end-to-end.
